I wanted to let you know how wonderful
it has been dealing with Superior
Walk-in Tubs. After my order was
processed online a lovely girl called to
thank me for my order and to confirm my
order details. Luckily she called
because I realized I ordered a cream tub
instead of a white tub. I was so happy
to receive the call because my mistake
was fixed before my tub was ever
shipped! Then I got another call to let
me know when my tub was shipped and that
I would receive tracking info via email.
The customer service at your company is
impeccable!

Just a note of thanks! I recently
received my walk-in bathtub and I
couldn’t be happier. At first I was a
little hesitant about purchasing such an
item over the phone but was reassured by
Scott and his knowledge about the tubs.
It felt like no sooner than hanging up
the phone my doorbell rang and there was
my walk-in bathtub. Now I feel safe in

I am writing to let you know I had a

purchased my Walk-in Bathtub from your
website, letting me know my order went
through and when I could expect to
receive tracking info. I was pleasantly

I am 30 years to early to have the need
of a walk in bath tub, so I thought. My
wife purchased one for our handicap
child; it made her life so much easier.
A couple of months ago I told my wife I
am going to take a bath, the 1st in 10
years, it was great! I have since shared
the concept of a walk in tub with
everyone, Love the air jets, it is like

My sister Rose and I live together and
we are both over 70 years old. We talked
about a walk in bathtub, but some how
never got around to it. When Rose fell
this summer, is was no longer a luxury
but a necessity. The sad part is that
she did fall in the bath tub. I had to
write this letter to say thank you for
everything, from sending the contractor
to measure, to helping us pick the right
model, and for a great team of men who
installed it, it was like having a son
in the business. Rose is doing better
now and uses the bathtub every night.
